Senior B-Bbee Consultant

Responsibilities•Lead and manage B-BBEE consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.•Conduct comprehensive B-BBEE assessments, gap analyses, and strategy development to enhance clients' B-BBEE compliance and competitiveness.•Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on B-BBEE scorecard optimization, skills development, enterprise development, supplier development, and socio-economic development initiatives.•Collaborate with clients to develop tailored B-BBEE implementation plans and monitor progress towards achieving transformation objectives.•Stay abreast of changes in B-BBEE legislation, industry trends, and best practices to provide proactive insights and recommendations to clients. Requirements:•Bachelor's degree in, Law, Accounting, Economics or related field.•Minimum of 4 years' experience in B-BBEE consulting or verification, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients.•In-depth and technical understanding of B-BBEE codes, Sector Codes, scorecard elements, and compliance requirements.•Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex B-BBEE data to drive strategic decision-making.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.•Proficiency in MS Office Suite and B-BBEE compliance software.•Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects.•Must have excellent knowledge of training & development and ETI landscape.•Must have own transport and drivers license to travel to clients.
