Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client is a fast-growing boutique lettings organisation with an expanding portfolio of properties across the Manchester region. Mainly residential, they have a mixture of their own apartments and HMO's together with a small amount of commercial properties.
They are looking for an experienced property manager to look after the entire PM and lettings process, acting as the main point of contact for all tenants and contractors. The office is based in Cheadle, you would be required to work with the team from here 1 or 2 days per week, working from home (or travelling as needed to the local portfolio) for the rest of the week.
First point of contact for all tenant enquiriesArranging maintenance with contractorsRent renewalsDeposit releaseCarrying out property inspectionsMeeting contractors on siteReferencing tenantsLetting out any vacant propertiesCarrying out viewingsKeeping up to date all complianceHMO paperwork/complianceManaging rental arrearsNegotiating and revising costsProducing KPI reportsProviding an exceptional level of serviceOur client is looking for a highly organised and experienced property manager who can service a busy portfolio. You must have experience within residential property management and have an up to date knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance.
Our client is offering a generous basic salary of £28,000 to £35,500, depending upon experience.
