Senior Accountant

Job & Company Description:My client is a prominent multinational entity specializing in creating and manufacturing equipment for universal industrial groups.The successful incumbent will report to the Financial Manager and will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Providing monthly analysis of financial performance of the business with in-depth review of balance sheet and profit and loss statement. Reviewing month-end payments process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and internal control effectiveness, verifying authorization and documentation to prevent errors and fraud. Tax compliance: Preparing and filing tax returns, ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and support tax audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Assisting with the development of new financial models to improve efficiency and reporting quality. Assisting in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans by providing accurate and timely financial data and analysis.Job Experience and Skills Required:BCom SAIPA or SAICA Articles 5-7 years post articles experienceSAP ERP system knowledge IFRS backgroundApply Now!
