Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the security industry.
• Security Sales Specialist Certification and an endorsement with at least 3 years of experience as a security sales specialist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security sales or technical support
• 3 years of experience as a security sales Account Manager
• Experience with business-to-business sales and services
• Create, develop, and implement sales process.
• Responsible for coaching junior salespeople.
• Ensure training is comprehensive and tailored to the requirements of sales cycles.
• Sell security engineering products and services to businesses.
• Interact with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to maintain contact with stakeholders within target companies.
