JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong disciplinary, investigation, and assessment skills.
- Proficiency in report writing, risk management, and VIP protection.
- Leadership prowess to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record in security management, preferably in hospitality.
- Prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus.
EDUCATION
- Valid security certification or license required.
