Salary: £26,388 plus £500 home working allowance per annum (to be pro-rata to 0.5fte)
Location: Remote - North West - Chorley, Liverpool, North Lancashire, Ormskirk, Sefton, South Ribble, Southport, St Helens, West Lancashire, Wirral

The Role: In 2021, the organisation announced a new 10+ year strategy to make the biggest impact they can to stop child abuse and neglect. The Local Services teams are an essential part of how three main strategic goals will be delivered:

The North West Schools Service team plays an integral part of the mission as it's responsible for delivering the schools offer.
Key responsibilities include: Be the single point of contact for primary and secondary schools within the designated area, including non-mainstream settingsCoordinate the delivery of the Speak out. Stay safe programmePromote the secondary school offerBe responsible for overseeing the delivery of volunteer led workshops to 6-7 and 9-11 year oldsLead and manage a diverse team of existing volunteersWork to set targets and KPIsBe responsible for building and maintaining internal and external relationshipsRecruit, train and retain new or existing volunteers providing ongoing developmentMaximise opportunities and partnership workingBe confident in presenting to stakeholders, such as local authorities and senior school leadersRepresent Local Services and the organisations Schools Service in the public forumBe an active contributor to internal projects and workstreamsAbout you As a member of the team, the charity's organisational values and behaviours would be important to you.
