• Review and monitor the use of SAP PM by Region using the
o Focus Metric targets
o Other Metrics that are set up
o Spot Checks on transaction quality- - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Train Sites on

o New Tools like
? Prometheus Scheduler
? Navigator
? FMECA
? Mobility etc
o New Processes
o New Changes
o New Solutions
• Custodian of Training Material
• Works with the regional stakeholders to understand local training
requirements and designs a training roadmap to ensure end-user
proficiency standards
• Assist with Translation of Documentation when required

Site Support

Assists SSA if SSA cannot solve the problem
• Monitor the Service Now Incidents and ensure that Incidents have
been closed by SSA

Changes

Understand change requirement, create a BRD (Business
Requirement Document) and communicate this to Solution Lead
• Create Service now request and then monitor and manage this
request until completion of Service now record
• Perform Unit acceptance testing if SSA cannot do this, in EQ1 and
communicate results to third-party support (Accenture)
• Socialise Monthly release changes with SSA before they are
implemented
