As a SalesForce Service Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and optimisation of SalesForce Service Cloud for our clients in the Banking and Finance industry.
Job DutiesCollaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SalesForce Service Cloud solutionsDesign and configure SalesForce Service Cloud based on industry best practises and client-specific needsProvide technical expertise in SalesForce Service Cloud implementation, customization, and integrationCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and business processesTrain end-users on SalesForce Service Cloud functionality and best practisesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SalesForce Service Cloud with other systemsParticipate in system testing and quality assurance activitiesStay up-to-date with SalesForce Service Cloud releases, features, and functionalitiesIdentify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SalesForce Service Cloud usageRequired QualificationsProven experience as a SalesForce Service Cloud Consultant or similar roleDemonstrated expertise in SalesForce Service Cloud implementation, customization, and integrationStrong knowledge of SalesForce Service Cloud functionality, features, and best practisesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teamsExceptional communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilitiesEducationA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position.
ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in SalesForce Service Cloud implementation and consulting is required.
