Job Duties:Implement and configure Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to meet business requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirementsCustomise and develop Salesforce Experience Cloud componentsProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Experience Cloud applicationsEnsure data integrity and security within Salesforce Experience CloudRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldSalesforce Administrator certificationProven experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud developmentEducation:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud development
Knowledge and Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud configuration and customizationStrong understanding of Salesforce platform and technologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Salesforce Developer certificationExperience with integration of Salesforce Experience Cloud with other systemsWorking Conditions:This role is based in Johannesburg and may require occasional travel for client meetings or team collaboration. The standard working hours are full-time, with the possibility of additional hours during project deadlines.
