The role: We're looking for a proactive and inquisitive Sales Support Specialist, you will contribute to increasing the brand & distributor sales in South Africa. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing data, performance of brand sales for profitability to achieve maximum sales growth and lead generation for the Brand & Distributors Sales Executive.
What you will be doing: Drive revenue growth by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the FMCG sector through market research and lead generation.Create and consistently update an extensive database containing comprehensive information on leading/promising FMCG companies in South Africa. This database will serve as a valuable resource for the local brand team's engagement efforts.Conduct thorough research on prominent FMCG companies, delving into their market presence and identifying pain points that underscore the necessity of a collaborative partnership with RedCloud Technology.Support sales teams to grow dormant accounts by showcasing the simplicity of our online brand and distribution platforms.Support with the compilation of management reports and financial deep dives, by working closely together with retail growth team, operations and marketing.
