Motus Toyota Nelspruit currently holds a vacancy for a Sales Representative: Parts reporting to the Manager: Parts.
The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction and service, maintain and increase customer base, by visiting distributors, fleet owners, trade outlets and shops, to sell parts and accessories
Specific Role Responsibilities Ensure that parts sales budget is achieved through marketingMaintain and increase market share within area of responsibilityRetain existing customers by ensuring Customer SatisfactionAdhere to Company Discount PolicyCommunicate market opportunities to management and other departmentsEnsure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and effectivelyEnsure all customers are introduced to new Policies and promotionsMaintain regular communication with Parts ManagerEnsure regular and helpful contact with all customersEnsure communication with dealership staffAttend to all training courses when requiredEnsure all customer issues are reported and resolvedKeep accurate schedule of customer visits Qualifications and Experience A minimum of Grade 12Clear Criminal RecordComputer literacy is essentialParts Sales experience of 5 yearsToyota experience will be an added advantageMotor industry experience is essential Skills and Personal Attributes Must have excellent verbal communication skill#J-18808-Ljbffr
