Sales Representative, East London

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:Grade 12 with qualification in marketing / sales management and good communication skills5+ years sales experience in food services, cleaning and packaging and new business developmentKnowledge of hospitality industry and track record of exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of sales techniques and competitorsValid drivers, own reliable vehicle and willing to travel extensively within ECFluency in both English and Afrikaans and willing to work overtime when requiredThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Attend workshops, expos and eventsDevelop / implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunitiesUpdate on industry trends and prepare reportsEnsure client retention and address issues that ariseEnsure all sales administration and operating reporting is submitted timeouslyMaintain accounts and gather information on competitorsMake suggestions to maximize business relationshipsNetwork with potential clients and pursue all leadsSalary: R15 000.00 R20 000.00 per month CTC incl Provident, plus business cell phone, company fuel card and sales commission
