Job Description A well-known e-learning, educational and skills training company requires an assertive and target-driven Sales Executive to join the growing team with at least 3 to 5 years of experience within the Occupational Health and Safety Compliance environment.

Responsibilities Planning and implementing effective sales strategies tosecure business and achieve sales targets
Planning weekly sales activities, including prospectingactivity by setting objectives
Analysing consumer needs and requirements to identify valueand opportunities
Ensuring specifications are aligned with the customer andSpecCon Holdings requirements
Preparing and presenting structured proposals
Establishing and maintaining excellent professional businessrelationships with customers and clients
Maintaining excellent working relationships within allrelevant departments of SpecCon Holdings
Adhering to SpecCon Holdings business policies andprocedure
Reporting on sales activities and providing relevantoperational and market information as required  Competent in planningand managing own sales initiatives and activities
Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent
High-level ITliteracy, MS Office and MS Suites
Must reside in Pretoria/Centurion orMidrand
Must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Driver's licenseand own reliable transport essential
