Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and increase market share in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Research of competition analysis and market intelligence for the sales region. Achieve sales and market share targets. Key Accounts Development, relationship management. Sales Channel expanding on dealers. Branding activities and others related. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and feedback for product enhancement. Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and digital content, to effectively showcase our product offerings. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to optimize sales and marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into sales and marketing activities, performance and opportunities for improvement. Requirements: 3 Years+ Sales Experience in Machinery Industries. Bachelor Degree Hard-working, proactive and fluent in English Determination to Sales job, good vocational reputation.
