We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.  About the role Are you up for a completely different kind of challenge?  We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.  Sales Development Representative Reports To Commercial Director Job Overview  On a daily basis, you will work prospecting for your own leads and managing inbound leads to set up appointments for the Commercial Director. The role is focused on delivering 100% or more of your target appointments in the month and year ahead.  This job is fundamental to building out the sales division of RT7Digital and driving, maintaining and accelerating our 100% year-on-year overall Agency growth. The role requires continual upskilling of your knowledge around selling on Amazon. There is a natural growth path to setting up the appointments for yourself as you are promoted to a sales consultant. This will happen by demonstrating aptitude and results. Responsibilities and Duties  Identify and convert new leads, using cold calling, account-based marketing, online marketing, Google searches, Linkedin Social Marketing, joining Ecommerce associations, personal networks, referrals and any other bright ideas to find and engage with new prospectsMust have sales or business development experience setting up appointments and selling services Understand the ratios of calls to meetings required to get meetings and deliver on thatSupporting any inbound leads qualifying opportunities and working these through the pipeline stages to setting up an appointmentDiligently use and maintain data in all SaaS solutions that you have as tools (Hubspot, G Suite, ClickUp and others.) Support our teams internally by being a presentable, professional, accountable, dependable, accurate, honest Sales Development Representative Be agile and willing to adapt and change and constantly be learning (and closing) Complete all assigned in-house training about all things AmazonWhat you bring to the role: An expert listener Must be able to think on your feet, and perform under pressureHave experience with getting past gatekeepers and through to your prospectsExperience prospecting and selling into the UK and US markets Tidy, organized with attention to detail Confident, eloquent in British English comfortable pitching to anyone Fluent in both written and spoken English, with outstanding communication skills Demonstrable past appointment-setting figures – consistently over quota Contactable references relating to sales performance, appointment setting and sales acumenA minimum of two years of appointment-setting experienceE-commerce marketplace and agency experience is highly advantageous Ability to learn at an accelerated pace, with a view to being fluent in the Amazon landscape within  the first 2 - 3 monthsGrowth Opportunities: Demonstrate your advanced Amazon Seller or Vendor knowledge to be able to consult with our prospective clients as a well-versed expertBecoming an Amazon marketplace ExpertAs you progress you will be putting together client proposals, research to support the prospect's requirements, and competitor analyses where necessaryIn time you will Pitch solutions and decks to prospects over video and phone calls Visit our UK offices and work from there if you would like toWhat we offer: A team that has transitioned to a hybrid of office-based and remote work impressively, and remains highly collaborative and connectedExcellent growth opportunityWe pride ourselves in having a team that promotes diversity, inclusion, leadership, mindfulness, high initiative, energy and passionRelevant training on all things Amazon Opportunity to work with International ClientsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentMarket-related salary Great Commission structure for On target earningsMedical Aid BenefitEmployee Wellness ProgramHybrid Work- Office & RemoteBasic plus OTE commission
