Customer Relationship Manager Required for International Company. This position would suit a candidate who possesses excellent communication skills and who is eloquently spoken as you will be dealing with international clientele only. Responsible for delivering high standards of service to customers. The department provides service to the company?s customers by providing product information, as well as resolving service inquiries and complaints. Duties & Responsibilities Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service Responsible for actively ensuring the retention of the customer base Handle incoming calls on feedback, complaints and queries Handle zoom chats on feedback, complaints and queries Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets and company performance standards Represent the organisation to clients professionally and efficiently Communicate effectively and maintain good relations with customers Achieve customer service excellence Interact with customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding their account Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints Answers customer inquiries/communications as required Perform all miscellaneous duties as delegated by Manager Build relationships with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using procedures learned Use decision-support computer software program to respond to common customer inquiries and requests Listen attentively to customer needs and communicate effectively with both customers and team members Supply feedback to the customer Identify and escalate priority issues SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES Excellent client services/ client relations skills Quick learner Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel and strong computer literacy Detail orientated Client orientated attitude Good communication skills are essential Good customer care skills Must be able to work under pressure Good administration abilities Flexible and enthusiastic Professional approach to clients Attention to detail Friendly Ability to multi-task Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 plus Solid customer service experience and excellent telephone etiquette
