Red Ember Recruitment are looking for SAICA trainees to join a Finance company in Pretoria.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to): Capture transactions in accountingrecords.
Perform bookkeeping to trialbalance.
Interpreting clients' accountingrecords and compiling annual financial statements (IFRS for
SME')
Performed tax calculations andcompleted income tax returns and provisional tax returns.
Perform VAT and PAYE calculationsto submit returns on E-filing.
Assist Accountants with variousclient matters, including administrative work.
Performing tasks required in termsof the SAIPA competency framework.
Any other tasks related to therole.
RequirementsJOB REQUIREMENTS: Have excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
Be very comfortable with, and havea general understanding of, computers and software, with an ability to learnnew software quickly.
Have a working knowledge of Wordand Excel. Experience with Draftworx, Xero, and Pastel is advantageous but notrequired.
Have solid analytical ability andwork well under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy and qualityof work.
Be deadline-driven and able towork independently without constant supervision.
Have a strong desire to learn anddevelop in the position in line with furthering your traineeship.
Great bill of health, bothphysically and mentally.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Be studying towards or possessinga BCom Degree or similar qualification.
Valid Driver's license (will be agreat advantage) and own reliable transport.
