TitleRetention Consultant (4 month fixed term contract)Job PurposeThe Agent is responsible to effectively assist customers with retention, upgrade, and cancellation specific requests, by providing a consistent standard of service and compliance, as well as to troubleshoot problems relating to our service offering. The Agent is required to provide accurate information to the customer by listening to them to gain a better understanding of their needs, and to ensure that the customer is retained.Job DescriptionRetention of Netstar contracts telephonically, and via emailUpgrading of Netstar contracts telephonically, and via emailChange of Ownerships telephonically, and via emailCancellation of Netstar contracts telephonically, and via emailActioning and resolution of BOT queriesActioning and resolution of inter-departmental queries (CSD, Finance, Planning etc)Actioning and resolution of Retention escalationsAchieving monthly retention targets aligned to business strategyMaintaining 100% quality and compliance on all contractual calls and emailsQualifications, Experience, & Skills:Educational Qualifications:MatricDiploma or Degree(Advantageous)Years of Experience2-5 years work experience in Retention, Sales and/or Tracking and Telematics environment dealing with customers in a Inbound/Outbound Contact CentreAt least 2 years retention experience with a documented successful track record in retaining high end services, rich and complex IT solutions in the relevant industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
