Retail & Brand Experience Account Manager

Our client has over 60 years' experience in marketing and communications. They're a close-knit community of creative, technical and dedicated people. They are looking for an Account Manager, to join their Retail and Brand Experience team, working on design-led retail environments, activations, events and PPOS projects. You will work across multiple existing and new accounts, supporting the design, supply-chain, logistics and installation teams ensuring excellent service is delivered. Job Role Provide professional support to all existing and new clients with their Retail and Brand Experience requirements Attend regular client project meetings Frequent engagement with the supply-chain team Offer project management support on Retail and Brand Experience projects Develop and maintain a rapport with key internal client stakeholders To have a sound understanding of all elements of the Retail and Brand Experience proposition Support the delivery of client KPI's and other targets to meet contractual obligations Collaborate with client service teams, to deliver innovation and added value through the Retail and Brand Experience services Work with the wider Retail and Brand Experience team to ensure the best possible service is communicated and implemented #J-18808-Ljbffr
