Restaurant Manager

We are recruiting for Restaurant General Managers in the GautengFreestate areas.

Purpose of position

Plan and direct all fast food restaurant operations whilst maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety. Ensuring efficient and profitable business performance and optimal utilization of staff and resources.

Requirement Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in the fastfood industry with an indepth working knowledge of fast foodproducts. Experience in basic restaurantrelated accounting, planning, and forecasting which includes inventorycost control is required coupled with computer literacy.
