Reservationist-Bryanston, Jhb

Cedar Wood Recruitment is now recruiting for our client, a luxury lodge & hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg for an experienced Reservations Consultant with at least 3-5 years' experience in a reservations department for multiple properties.
The successful candidate should be well-organized to provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group.
Scope & General Purpose:
• Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business
• Respond to queries and assist our customers by telephone and email
• Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a reservation's consultant or similar position
• Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
• PMS system knowledge – Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be advantageous
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized with good time management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Works well and accurately under pressure
System Requirements:
Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills, eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex
3-5 years' experience in a tourism/travel call center or
reservations department for multiple properties
• Must have a good command of the English language with good
writing skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills
• Valid RSA ID
• Dynamic
The package includes a mandatory 5% deduction toward the company's provident fund. Medical Aid is available as part of the CTC package. The remuneration will be discussed at the interviews or upon individual requests..
