Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound communication across calls, emails, and social media, effectively converting these interactions into service appointments. Provide a warm welcome to booking inquiries and ensure a smooth scheduling process. Oversee initial contacts from online bookings to secure further consultation appointments. Maintain exemplary customer care from initial contact to final interaction, aiming to provide an outstanding experience at every touchpoint. Engage with individuals about their health journeys, providing supportive and informative interactions. Utilize and manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and patient record management (e.g., PracticeHub) efficiently. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to assist in campaigns and sales strategies that drive tangible outcomes, including outreach for B2B engagement.
