Release Train Engineer(Remedy)

Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure technical alignment across platforms in line with ASOC service management strategy and principles • Review and align technical deliverables across platforms • Participate in OSS architecture reviews • Drive the resolution of impediments for cross-platform issues Requirements SKILL SET(Remedy): • Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and BMC Remedy platform. • Proficient in facilitating Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinating releases. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align IT initiatives with business objectives. • Ability to drive continuous improvement, resolve conflicts, and lead teams towards successful delivery.
