Our National company seeks a disciplined, independent, energetic and organised Recruitment Officer.
Responsible for: The Recruitment officer will be responsible for 360-degree internal recruitment on a national level, contracts, supplier management and candidate onboarding. The role is based in Umbilo. Experience with internal recruitment, temp placements or fixed term contracting will be beneficial.
Minimum Requirements MatricRelevant HR degree or Diploma3 years' of recruitment experienceCompetent MS Office and SharepointTelephone EtiquetteWell-presented individualExperience reporting directly to Executive members and/or DirectorsDuties and Responsibilities, not limited to: RecruitmentCommunicate with managers to find out their department needs.Keeping track of vacant positions in all Regions. (Vacancy Spreadsheet)Advertising roles – Ensuring adverts are placed on all recruitment portals and company website for vacant positions.Ad response managementScreening CV'sCompiling, verifying Application packsConducting telephonic interviews with candidatesSend short listed successful candidate applications to hiring managers.Setting up interviews.Conducting reference, criminal, and all other job requirement checks.Sending out New Engagement email to all departments.Closing out advertisements when the role has been filled.ContractsReview and update contract spread sheet weeklyDraw up contract packs for new and existing employees.Make sure all contracts are signed by the CEO.Handing over all signed contracts to Payroll.Communicate with managers about expiring contracts.Supplier ManagementRequest, review and submit authorised SLAs for New Vendors.Drive for CV SubmissionSend role specific documentation to suppliers for contracting.Ensure timeous and correct invoicing.Prepare PR Pack to submit to accounts for paymentRequest, check, and verify new employee packs sent from supplier.OnboardingCollate employee packs for hardcopy, digital and online filing.Ensure completion of company New Engagement documentsEnsure candidates documents are scanned according to Passport 360 quality / compliance standard.Create New Employee profiles on Passport 360Upload the New Engagement and Employee documents on Passport360Ensure that role specific requirements are being actioned: ie – fuel cards for external sales staff etc.Working ModelOn siteMonday to Friday 7am to 17h00Suit someone available immediatelyFixed Term Contract
