Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Finance Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly skilled finance professionals in positions that align with their expertise and career goals. Responsibilities: Identify and engage with top finance talent through various channels including networking events, online platforms, and referrals. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to job offer negotiation and placement. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in finance recruitment. Thrive in a high-performance sales culture Generate new business through cold calling (40-60 calls per day) Grow and maintain client relationships Achieve sales targets Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry Full 360 recruitment cycle Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Previous experience in finance recruitment or a similar role preferred. Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry terminology. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients at all levels.
