Receptionist

Details of the offer

Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Provide information about lodge facilities, local attractions, and activities. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals and maintain lodge cleanliness. Handle payments, including processing cash, credit card, and other payment methods accurately. Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of local attractions and outdoor activities is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in hospitality is advantageous.
