Receptionist

Minimum Qualifications Grade 12. Experience Required Five years experience working in a reception, clerical or administrative role Preference to experience within the service industry. Customer care and must be proficient in all MS packages.

Technical Competencies Good people skills Information management Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Verbal and written communication skills Keyboard skills Ability to operate a switchboard Knowledge of Computers and relevant software applications.
