To proactively manage the team's day to day deliverables and ensure the team meets and exceeds client agreed turnaround times on all requests receivedEnable the team to service clients seamlessly, after the onboarding process on the respective channel(s) and technical requirements have been establishedSet specific goals and objectives for each team member and develop a roadmap of meeting these goals and objectives per team memberForecast and assess the client's volume of business transactions and ensure the maintenance of these volumes each monthCollaborate with the analytics team to analyse the client volumes and recommend next best action, and/or identify opportunities to improve the client's effectiveness and efficiencySupport the team to maintain and optimise products and channels made available to respective clientsBe a key stakeholder and subject matter expert in project meetings to ensure successful implementation of both products and channelsEnable and equip relationship teams with relevant data to reduce manual activity within the team for the team to become more proactive when engaging clientsDrive a self-management and development culture where information regarding successes, issues, trends, and ideas are actively shared Job Details Application Closing Date
