Qualifications and Experience:
3 years experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Development of Systemic work instructions.
Development of Audit schedules:
Process, Systems, Product, Layout inspection & functional testing.
Internal audits (Must understand and have the capability + qualifications to conduct internal audits based on the requirements/standard.
Systems (At least ISO 9001)
Process (This requires technical knowledge of manufacturing processes).
Corrective action (8D) register.
Corrective action (8D) administration.
Monthly data preparation for reporting (Quality performance).
Maintain systems documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and or IATF 16949.
Manage calibration system.
Data analysis (using statistical tools).
ISO 14001 administration.
