We are looking for a Quality Coordinator in the Germiston area.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Knowledge of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard and its requirements.
Able to lead and motivate staff to high standard of excellence within the group QMS.
1-2 years experience as a Quality Coordinator
MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
At least 1 Year experience working in a civil engineering material testing Laboratory.
Valid drivers license and own transport

Delegating of responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Ensure the laboratory comply with the ISO/IEC 17025 Requirements.
Implement and transfer the knowledge of the QMS to the laboratory & employees.
Ensure that the laboratory is furnished with all equipment required to comply with the scope of testing.
Conduct Quality meeting in the laboratory and ensure that Laboratory meeting with the staff take place.
Internal Audits including opening and closing of Non Conformances.
Ensure that the Non-conformances are addressed timely.
Ensure to maintain with the Trends & Matrixes required from the ISO/IEC 17025.
Give detailed feedback to the Group Quality Manager.
Review and monitor the effectiveness and creativeness of procedures
Recommend amendments and corrective actions including improvements to procedures.
Keep within limits as required by regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain culture of continues improvement.
Evaluate documentation for competencies performed by the Laboratory Manager or Technical signatory.
Ensure good housekeeping in the Laboratory.
Maintain & Monitor all equipment with regards to Calibration, Verifications and preventative maintenance.
Ensure that Authorised equipment are used in the laboratory.
Execution of all other tasks given by any Director of the Group including the Group Quality manager and your Branch manager
Generating and maintaining the PT/ILC plan of the Laboratory
