Assist and support Quality Assurance Manager with the following functions: Co-ordinate and organise quality assurance administration for all the relevant accredited programmes and trainers. This also includes administrative functions related to the assessment and internal moderation of all accredited qualifications.Assist with maintenance and renewal of the Star factory accreditation and ensure accredited trainers are assisted with maintaining, updating and applying for accreditations as requiredCo-ordinate and implement relevant database activities: learner registration and achievement updatesPrepare and draft policy and operational process flow charts for the Star Factory Quality Management System (QMS). Assist with review of the Star Factory Quality Management System (QMS) as required.Assist with the administration requirements related to reviewing and updating accredited training material.Provide administrative support related to liaison with relevant ETQA's to coordinate all site monitoring visits, verification visits and other compliance requirements.
