Qc Monitor (Production Quality Controller)

Purpose of the position: To provide a service to production by conducting short interval control checks on products and production areas as well as testing of production batches for basic physical and organoleptic properties Preferred Requirements: Matric, Preferably Maths, Science and Biology Full competence in this role will typically be developed over a period on 2 years with relevant workplace training Knowledge Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, Basic Food Technology Practices World class manufacturing and quality practices and Models Specific product and process knowledge Mathematics Audit Compliance Aseptic sampling methods Skills Ability to maintain Quality Management and Quality Control systems in line with best practice Planning and organizing QC skills and use of apparatus Problem solving - critical thinking. Decision-making Change Management Collect, analyze, organize and critically evaluate information. Conflict handling Computer Skills
