Job Description

Reporting to the Production Manager and Director, you will be required to:
Do Site visits
Prepare and evaluate tenders, cost control
Manage construction progress schedules
Prepare Capex Viability studies
Project Cost Estimates
Project Cash-flow Forecasts and update
Prepare Contract Tenders, monthly payment certificates
Review and evaluate claims and additional work orders
Prepare final Accounts with Sub-contractors, clients
Prepare monthly cost reports
Work with JBCC, NEC and all contractual details
Work with upmarket, prestigious projects

Qualifications

BSc/BTech QS
PrQS or Candidate QS

Skills
