The main purpose of this position is to actively engage with the community and with the Employer to highlight areas of concern and opportunities in a timeous manner.
Local stakeholder relationship managementRepresent all required community meetingsAssist with Grievance deliverablesDispute & strike resolutionIdentify any community risksAssist with Local Procurement deliverablesAssist with Job Creation deliverablesAssist with Economic Development report deliverablesAssist with Project Steering Committee deliverablesAssist with local community programmes as requiredRaise positive awareness and assist with relationships to stakeholders, community leaders and businessEconomic development on-site with EPC and Subcontractor adherence and liaisonEconomic development on-site with EPC and Subcontractor internal audits
