Our client is looking for a talented Public Relations Communications Specialist to join their leading and innovative team.   This is a permanent opportunity.   The role involves planning, developing, and executing brand Public Relations and Content in collaboration with the Group Head of Marketing. This includes researching and engaging with various stakeholders to create content for social media and internal/external communications. The responsibilities also encompass drafting press releases, articles, newsletters, and digital content distribution. The position includes overseeing internal communications for company-wide awareness and managing content activities for multiple brands within the organization, along with responsibility for digital marketing channels. WordA Bachelor's degree (BA or BCom) in Communication Science, Public Relations, or Journalism. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMC, Insurance, Telecommunications, or banking industry. Experience in PR/Journalism or copywriting. Extensive Knowledge of Content Management. Microsoft Office - Excellent Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills. Content marketing experience and a proven track record of driving significant business results from content marketing. Strong knowledge of the digital sphere and social media capabilities. Advanced written and verbal communication. Monthly engagement stats. Management of Intranet, Yammer, social and communications platforms. Knowledge of marketing automation. Experience using Pardot, Everlytic MailChimp, Survey Monkey, sprinklr, or any other CRM or PR and social listening platform. Experience in PR brand reputation management. Experience in thought leadership content generation. Strategic Communications Contribute to the development of the external internal communication strategy, considering diverse stakeholders (marketing, business units, HR, IT, etc.) Help establish effective structures, systems, competencies, and values for surpassing internal communications team objectives. Communicate the external internal communication strategy to both internal and external stakeholders. Take part in reviewing and refining internal communication strategies and plans. Play an integral role in the strategic communication strategies for all brands. Staying informed about industry trends and proposing innovative communication approaches. Deploy content strategies to enhance online traffic to Brand websites. Stay updated on industry trends, suggesting innovative internal and external communication approaches and content pieces. Manage internal and external communication output effectively across brands. Evaluate and present outcomes of internal and external communication initiatives. Develop and execute communication plans for key strategic business projects. Lead employee campaigns as the communication focal point. Offer communication guidance and counsel for campaigns across the brands. Ensure uniform messaging across all communication materials. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficient spelling and grammar. Deliver precise and timely communications. Collaborate on brochures, pamphlets, and other communication materials.   Content Creation Draft press releases, articles, newsletters, case studies, and content for digital channels. Nurturing relationships with media, KOLs, and influencers. Managing external PR and content development agencies. Develop and execute strategic PR plans, utilizing media coverage and insights. Developing best practice communication, PR, and community management guidelines. Support on internal events.   Online Presence Implementing content strategies to enhance online traffic to our brand websites. Tracking and reporting on interactions with stakeholders. Monitor publicity and conduct ongoing research for new opportunities.   Relationship Building Cultivate relationships with the media, building strong contacts for brand exposure. Mentoring and motivating team members. Collaborating on brochures, pamphlets, and other communication materials. Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, including influencers and media personalities. Manage external PR and content development agencies. Manage media sponsorships media buying.   Data-Driven Results Measuring ROI and optimizing approaches for customer acquisition and conversion. Evaluating and presenting outcomes of communication initiatives. Developing and executing communication plans for key business projects. Technical Competencies: PR/Journalism or copywriting experience. Knowledge of content management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in content marketing and driving business results. A strong understanding of digital and social media. Monthly engagement statistics. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Expertise in PR brand reputation management.
