Empowering REITs, fund managers, investors, and developers with comprehensive real estate insights, they are on the lookout for a diligent Property Research Analyst to join their team. You'll be stationed at their office situated in the vibrant hub of Cape Town. To correspond with company time zones your hours will vary from the early hours of the morning to noon. Your pivotal responsibilities will revolve around the meticulous collection, interpretation, and dissemination of quantitative data within the international commercial real estate landscape. Your day-to-day endeavors will encompass sourcing sale/lease listings, tenant profiles, and transactional data, harnessing diverse channels including telephone inquiries, property brochures, city council records, and beyond. Cultivating and nurturing relationships with stakeholders will be integral to your role. To be deemed suitable for this position, candidates must hold a degree in Property Studies, Real Estate, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of one year's hands-on experience within the commercial real estate sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a master's level is imperative, while candidates with exposure to quantitative or spatial data analytics (GIS) will be accorded preference.
