Pipeline improvement through property specialist arrange and setting up associations with key partners (Developers, Universities, Municipalities and so forth)

Research property costs and significant property information gathering
Help of Site Visits of Senior Management of properties of intrigue
Performing examinations and practicality ponders
Get Architects to do essential floor plan designs
Obtain estimating of development by Quantity Surveyor
Lead statistical surveying on understudy and retail rentals
Review of zoning and rights
Examine and affirm accessibility of mass administrations
Matric
Three year capability in Property or Construction (Building Sciences, Quantity Surveying, Town arranging, Project Management, Property Development)
Respects or Masters will be an additional preferred position.
Experience and Skills:5 to 10 years involvement in a comparable position
PC Knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
