Project Services Manager And Admin / Senior Controls Manager - Underground

Develop and maintain project management plans, including project integration, scope, schedule, cost, and integrated change control management plans. Ensure schedule and budget development and control of schedules, baselines, costs, and project finances. Ensure formal project communications takes place and follow good practices including period project progress reports. Develop detail work breakdown structures (WBS) and WBS dictionaries and maintain. Implement and maintain project document controls ensuring the development, maintenance, and use of project templates. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and leading practices. Develop and maintain document management plan and a project file structure. Align document files with a Master Record Index or Document Management System (Coding and naming convention and versions). Perform Document Control on all project documents, including drawings. Establish workflow requirements and support the project team with all admin related requests. Manage repository and maintain a document transmittal register. Relevant B degree or equivalent required. CAPM or PMP certification required. CCP/CCE and/or PMI-SP or PSP certification advantageous. Minimum 8 years experience in the underground Mining Industry.
