Project/Program Manager

Education (Formal Qualification Required) Undergrad degree in Business or Project Management (NQFL7 Post graduate degree (NQFL8) Lean Manufacturing/ Six sigma Project Management Professional (PMP) - advantageous Minimum Experience Required Experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing/FMCG environment Production experience in a food manufacturing environment Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership/ EXCO Experience as an Operations Manager in an FMCG environment Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership/ EXCO Project Management Strategy - Develop the vision and strategy for project Management that will scale growth Project management development and implementation - Oversee the entire project lifecycle and ensure that they align to the strategic objectives and in line with budget/ capex cost requirements. Stakeholder management - Manage teams within the context of defined processes, set required performance parameters and act as technical coach where required Identification of New projects - Partner with the leadership team in identifying new opportunities or projects that assist with eliminating waste or cost, streamlining processes or automating processes. Reporting and budgeting - Share Reports and analytics with the management team on an ongoing basis to the effort to minimize project delays and capitalise on areas of opportunities.
