We are looking for a Project Manager within the Real Estate Unit who is self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the #1 Consultancy. Reporting to the head of the business unit the individual will be responsible for delivering projects, securing new and maintaining existing clients and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.
Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience working on large-scale, mission critical construction projects? Have experience working across with real estate.
Job DescriptionJob Description Candidate will have perform the following duties;
•Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
•Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
•Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
•Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
•Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
•Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
•Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants
•Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
QualificationsQualification Candidate will hold the following qualification:
• A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification
•6+ years experience managing a range of different building projects
•Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
•Advanced Microsoft skills are essential
•Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
•Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
