To manage major and/or strategic projects through the application of best practice project management skills, tools and techniques, whilst engaging with and leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions within the required parameters in terms of scope, cost and quality.
Drive the process of formal handover of the project into business as usual, including thehandover of all required documentation, the completion and submission of a close-out reportIdentify the key project stakeholders and participate in constituting the project board. Engagewith all stakeholders on their involvement to ensure effective participation.Oversee and drive proper project governance standards to ensure that changes and updatesmade to all aspects of the project remain governed and compliant with all regulations as setby Standard Bank Group (SBG).Conduct pre-analysis of project scope, including deliverables and timelines to determinefeasibility and the potential impact of overall strategic objectives to ensure suitableamendments can be made upfront.Provide input into the definition and development of robust business cases to ensure theaccuracy of resource forecasts and financial calculations.
