Overview Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Durban, South AfricaJob overview:Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team in Durban and oversee the successful execution of multi-disciplinary projects (buildings and townships). As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.Responsibilities: Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationLead project teams and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team membersMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are metManage project risks and take proactive measures to mitigate risksPrepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholdersEnsure project documentation is complete and accurateCoordinate with vendors and subcontractors as neededEnsure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry standards Requirements: 8 to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completionBachelors degree in a related field: BEng, BTech etcRegsitered as either PrTech, PrEng or PrCPMStrong leadership and management skillsExperience working on building and township services would be beneficialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management softwareValid driver's license Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
