Project management Process design and implementation Budget and Capex planning Jig, fixture and machine conceptualisation and design Product design Innovation of current manufacturing methods People development Problem-solving and investigation Required Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years automotive engineering experience Project management experience National Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical experience Beneficial Experience and Qualifications: Core Tools 1, 2 and 3 Design and drawing experience VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Qualification / IATF / MLA Problem-solving course/skills Project management certification  People management
