This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of residential Project for HNWI, esteemed developer, and equity fund residential projects, including new builds, extensions, and refurbishments.
Responsibilities: Lead and oversee residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met with the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Direct and manage project teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to achieve project success.Conduct comprehensive building surveying duties, including pre-acquisition surveys, defect analysis, and risk assessments.Execute Project Management duties with precision, including Employee Agent responsibilities, contract administration, and tendering processes.Manage projects across all RIBA stages, maintaining alignment with project goals and client expectations.Oversee both Design & Build and traditional contract management methodologies, ensuring compliance and optimizing project outcomes.Requirements: Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience within the residential sector, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire project teams.Extensive expertise across all RIBA stages, coupled with a deep understanding of the residential project lifecycle.Proficiency in Design & Build and traditional contract management methodologies, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.Previous experience as an Employee Agent is essential, with a history of successful project administration and client management.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Relevant qualifications and professional certifications are highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in the field.Benefits: Competitive salary of £100,000 per annum, reflective of the seniority and responsibilities of the role.Opportunity to lead prestigious residential projects and work with high-profile clients.Collaborative and supportive working environment within a dynamic team of industry professionals.Professional development opportunities and ongoing training to enhance skills and expertise.Convenient East London location with excellent transportation links and amenities.If you are a seasoned and results-driven Project Director with a passion for residential projects, we invite you to apply.
