Details of the offer

Responsibilities:Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.Track project progress and milestones, and ensure timely completion of tasks.Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.Monitor project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and streamline project workflows.Support the project manager in budget tracking, expense reporting, and resource allocation.Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other project-related documents.Provide administrative support as needed, such as organizing travel arrangements and maintaining project files.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.Experience in stakeholder management and customer service is a plus.
