Over the last decade, Webrepublic has grown from an ambitious startup into Switzerland's leading digital agency. More recently, Webrepublic has launched a subsidiary in South Africa to work hand-in-hand with our HQ in Switzerland. Our team in Cape Town has grown and we are now looking for a Project Coordinator & Administrator to expand our local presence into a large-scale operation.
As a Project Coordinator & Administrator, you will collaborate with various client teams to ensure efficient process flows and accurate recording of client orders, contracts, and invoices. As an organisational talent, you will be an integral part of the team that handles our largest and most complex clients at Webrepublic. Your task is to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Team Manager / Senior Account Director, your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
overseeing adherence to processes from order placement to invoicing, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency in all administrative operations,collaborating with various client teams to optimise process flows and accurately document client orders, contracts and invoices,supporting project managers and key account managers in client-related tasks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams,playing an integral role in managing the administrative aspects of Webrepublic's largest and most complex client accounts.Qualifications and Skills As an ideal candidate, you must have the following:
graduated from a top university,have at least 1-2 years in project controlling and/or administrative support roles or in asimilar role (e.g., project coordinator, administrative support role, administrative clerk), preferably in an agency,have a good understanding of process flows and administrative tasks,not afraid of responsibility and have a knack for numbers,an organisational talent and remain composed thanks to your resilient and solution-oriented nature,be able to handle various stakeholders (operational teams, accounting, etc.) and tools,
a service-oriented and have an eye for detail,excel in communication with strong persuasion and assertiveness, can articulate complex issues clearly,fluent in English and have basic German knowledge,knowledge in accounting and/or contract management is a plus.What we offer On our side, we offer...
