Duties & Responsibilities Manage an engine repair job from receipt, stripping repair final assembly and delivery. Ensure all required parts and consumables are quoted and ordered. Prepare and follow up on quotes and send to clients/customers. Ensure accurate documentation management. Invoice client accurately and on time. Ability to communicate with technicians, clients, and other stakeholders. Attention to detail is imperative. Ability to operate effectively under pressure and achieve deadlines. Work well in a team. Has sober habits. Requirements Trade certificate: diesel mechanic, diesel fitter or automotive machinist Non-negotiable requirement: Automative Engineering and diesel engine assembly experience. Computer literacy higher than beginner level Moderate to High proficiency in MS Office Windows and Excel Experience with Automotive Quoting or Database Systems will be an advantage. Minimum three years' experience in sourcing parts, preparing quotes, and invoicing. Minimum Two years' experience in job management.
