Project Administrator

This position would entail but will not be limited to the following:intermediate resource with knowledge of debtors, billing and project administration. This would include:Updating billing recons dailyRaise invoices at month endAssist with account recons and statementsRequest and follow up on all remittances and pass this onto accounts departmentUpdate manual statements / recons as and when invoices, credit notes and payments come through (daily)Payment allocations once received from accountsFollow up daily on outstanding monies with clients account departmentClient meetings on site where necessaryWeekly updates to be provided to each unit head responsible for the overall account with detailNeed to have good excel knowledge (pivot tables and v look ups a big bonus)Must be familiar with PastelMust be pedantic and have an eye for numbers / analyticalBe a team playerBe able to work under pressureNot a clock watcherWell spokenBe able to take initiative#J-18808-Ljbffr
