You will leverage your skills and knowledge to ensure that programs are well-implemented and produce great outcomes for the institutions we serve and their students.WHY DO WE WANT YOUWe are currently looking for impact-driven individuals who are passionate about helping Boldr grow and achieve our Purpose. We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic, and Authentic.What Will You DoSet up programs in Boldr's back-end and configure the program, according to partner specifications. Match mentors and mentees in impactful mentorship relationships using our proprietary toolsImplement program interventions to maximize mentorships created, as well as participant engagement and satisfactionCommunicate directly with mentors and mentees who request extra supportCollaborate closely with other Program Operations Associates to prioritize and execute implementation tasks on tight turnaroundsPull, clean, and manipulate program data for partner-specific needsSend regular outreach to partners to highlight the value of their programsImpact participant satisfaction through tracking and acting on participant satisfaction scores and testimonialsRequirementsWHAT WE'LL LIKE ABOUT YOUYOU ARE...Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldr An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of detailsPassionate about client satisfactionYOU HAVE...2 years of work experienceA high degree of personal organization, project management competence, and attention to detailHigh accountability and the ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to quickly and independently build product and process knowledge through problem-solving and adapt understanding to new changesProficiency in cleaning and manipulating data in Excel or Google SheetsIn order to apply for an internal position within Boldr, you must have been employed, in good standing, with the company for at least 6 monthsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with tools in the MC stack, such as Asana, Google suite, Guru, and SlackExperience working in a startup environment and navigating ambiguityPrior full-time remote experienceExperience in higher education, either at a school or in a related field including student leadership and/or other campus leadershipBenefitsBase salary plus benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
