Job Description:Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Develop/Implement appropriate project systems (Organisational structures, business processes, controls and technologies) to develop, track and manage the extent of the programme.Establish and manage key internal (Operations, BU, Group and Technical disciplines) and external (Local & provincial government, communities, external contractors, consultants etc) relationships required to ensure successful delivery of the programme.Emphasis is made to establish healthy working relations, effective communication with Site SP and SED managers.Provide leadership and direction for the programme and guide the development of talent within it.Ensure full transparency (reporting) of studies and sanctioned projects supported by a rigorous QA process of the input data. Reporting should include, as a minimum, the below topics and in all cases variance against plan or ideal, root cause of any variance and remedial actions to address:Business Case tracking (Value tracking), Project progress tracking Risk Governance and controlsThe Programme delivers on time and to the required Anglo American standards at each stage-gateRequired business processes are in place to ensure optimal execution of the programme Reporting / communication is transparent, verified and timely Programme achieves objectives as required by the business Client (Operation) satisfaction.Ensure Project milestones are metEnsure Project activities completed within budgetHuman recourse development plans are in place and managed standards, and CA&SI governance.All project activity is performed with adherence to the strictest ethical standards Qualifications:University degree/higher diploma/B Tech NQF7Qualification in Project ManagementValid EB/Code 08 driver's licenceDesirableProfessional registration (PMP, SACPCMP)Experience:7-10 years experience
